Acerca of
Champery
Our village Champéry is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Switzerland, Champéry is also the first Olympic site in Valais, having hosted the curling events for the Youth Olympic Games in January 2020. The picturesque main street, lined on both sides with centuries-old, weatherworn chalets still has all the authentic charm of yesteryear. Adorably quaint, and yet resolutely modern - the village’s iconic red-and-white cable car is a model of Swiss efficiency, whisking you away to an altitude of 2,000 m and into the vast Portes du Soleil in under 5 minutes!
Accessible in summer, Barme is a bucolic alpine valley, nestled in the hollow between the soaring Dents Blanches massif and the beautiful Berroi Ridge. Time stands still in this unspoiled landscape, home to tranquil herds of livestock and countless species of alpine flora and fauna.
Ideally situated in the heart of the village, the Palladium is a modern, multifunctional facility for sports and leisure. Catering to elite athletes and amateur sports-lovers alike, this is the perfect place for a little rest and revitalisation. Spend a drowsy afternoon lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, try your hand at curling, practice your pirouettes at the ice rink, or shimmy up the climbing wall... you'll find all this and more right here at the Palladium.
