RESERVATION VALIDATION
The booking confirmation is sent by email after the order. The customer keeps the confirmation and their order number until their arrival in Champéry and presents them to the instructor at the beginning of the lesson.

These conditions apply to private lessons, group lessons, and ZE Clubs, unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation.

SKI PASS
The ski pass is not included in the price of the booked lessons. It can be collected at the Téléchampéry ticket offices or on the website https://www.skipass-pds-ch.ch/

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the booked offer, equipment rental is not included in the price of the lesson.

PAYMENTS

Standard payment methods are accepted, as well as TWINT and Euros (conversion at the rate applied by the school at the time of payment).

The applicable prices and durations are those indicated at the time of booking and in the order

confirmation.

 

BOOKING MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Any booking can be canceled or modified free of charge no later than 7 days before the start of the lesson.

For any modification or cancellation less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of the lesson, 50% of the booked amount is due.

For any modification or cancellation within 48 hours preceding the lesson, 100% of the booked amount is due.

These deadlines are calculated from the start time of the first lesson concerned. Requests must be sent to info@zesnowschool.ch.

WEATHER, SAFETY, AND CANCELLATION BY THE SCHOOL

Lessons take place in all weather conditions when conditions allow for safe practice and the activity is provided by the school.

If the school cancels a service for safety reasons, facility closures, or the inability to provide the lesson, it will offer a postponement or refund the unprovided service. Unfavorable weather alone does not entitle you to a refund if the lesson takes place under appropriate safety conditions.

ABSENCES & LATENESS

In case of absence for medical reasons, the office must be informed before the start of the lesson and a medical certificate must be provided. A 10% deduction is applied for administrative fees.

The refund covers the unattended lessons covered by the medical certificate; lessons already provided remain due.

For group activities, the instructor is not obligated to wait for latecomers. For private lessons, the client's lateness does not extend the scheduled duration of the lesson.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR GROUP LESSONS

The duration of a half-day group lesson is 2.5 hours. It includes travel time, waiting at the ski lifts, and any potential delays by participants.

​

Group classes have a maximum of 8 students in principle. An occasional adjustment may be necessary in case of incorrect level distribution or different progression among participants.

​

The school may group levels together when educational organization requires it. The planned minimum number is 4 participants.

​

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the school may offer a lesson of adapted duration or another service. The client can accept this solution or request a refund for the unprovided service.

​

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR ZE CLUBS

For the 2026–2027 season, the ZE Clubs begin on Sunday, January 10, 2027. Season packages include 12 sessions according to the schedule of the booked club. The Ski, Snowboard, Freestyle, and Mini Kids clubs have 2.5-hour sessions; the ZE Slalom Club has 3-hour sessions.

The last session of the 12 consecutive Sundays is scheduled for March 28, 2027. ZE Blue Day is announced for Sunday, April 4, 2027; it does not constitute a thirteenth club session.

Any modification of dates, meeting places, or schedules is communicated to the participants by the school. The cancellation and absence terms above apply to booked sessions, subject to any specific conditions explicitly communicated before purchase.

SAFETY AND EQUIPMENT

Skiing and snowboarding are practiced in the mountains and involve risks. Each participant must follow the instructor's instructions and have appropriate equipment (skis or snowboard, boots, clothing, helmet, goggles, and sun protection).

​

For minors, legal representatives must ensure they communicate any essential information for the child's supervision and safety to the school. The school's liability remains governed by applicable Swiss law; these conditions do not exclude its liability in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

LANGUAGES

Group lessons are generally taught in French and/or English. For private lessons, the requested language is offered subject to the school's availability.

​

IMAGE RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is used to process bookings, organize lessons, communicate with clients, and fulfill legal obligations. The concerned individuals may contact info@zesnowschool.ch for any questions regarding their data.

​

The publication of photos or videos identifying participants for communication or advertising purposes requires a separate authorization. For minors, this authorization is requested from the legal representative. Refusal does not prevent participation in the lessons.

​

APPLICABLE LAW

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the applicable mandatory legal rules.
